FutureCode (“we”, “us”, “our”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit our website, use our services, or interact with us.

1. Information We Collect

Personal Information: name, email address, phone number, bank details (for payouts), WhatsApp number, school name, and any other information you provide during signup or affiliate dashboard use.
Automatically Collected: IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, time spent, referral links clicked, affiliate performance data.
Payment Data: We use third-party payment processors (e.g., Stripe, Paystack). We do not store full card details.

2. How We Use Your Information

To provide and improve our affiliate program and course access
To process payouts every Friday
To send important updates, support messages, and affiliate performance reports
To prevent fraud and enforce our Terms
To comply with legal obligations

3. Sharing Your Information

We do not sell your personal data. We may share it with:

Payment processors (Stripe, Paystack, etc.)
Cloud hosting & analytics providers (under strict confidentiality)
Legal authorities when required by law

Terms of Service

By signing up for the FutureCode affiliate program or accessing our course materials, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use our services.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent to participate. You must provide accurate information during signup.

2. Affiliate Program

You receive a unique referral link upon signup.
Commissions: ₦5,000 (Tier 1 – direct referral), ₦3,000 (Tier 2 – referral’s referral).
Payouts are processed every Friday via bank transfer (minimum ₦5,000 balance).
We reserve the right to withhold or reverse commissions for fraudulent activity, chargebacks, or policy violations.

3. Course Access

Course access is granted only after full payment of ₦29,000 (or via affiliate commission credit).
Materials are for personal use only. Sharing login credentials or content is prohibited.
Lifetime access includes updates, but we may discontinue features with 30 days’ notice.

4. Money-Back Guarantee

If you complete the 6-month roadmap and do not earn at least ₦500,000 within 12 months of purchase (with proof), you are eligible for a double refund (₦58,000). Request must be made within 30 days after the 12-month period ends.

5. Prohibited Conduct

Spamming, misleading advertising, or fake reviews
Using bots, scripts, or automation to generate referrals
Promoting via paid ads without written approval
Any activity that violates Nigerian law or platform policies (WhatsApp, Instagram, etc.)

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may close your account by emailing support.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the last 12 months.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
